Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of Synapse and helps us keep the platform safe for everyone.
Allowed use
You may use Synapse for lawful purposes related to subscription management, developer integrations and normal interactions with the platform.
Prohibited activities
- Using Synapse for fraudulent activity, money laundering or financing unlawful activities.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or private keys.
- Distributing malware, phishing or social engineering attacks.
- Interfering with the platform (DDoS, scraping, abuse of APIs) or trying to tamper with billing systems.
- Using stolen funds or proceeds of crime to purchase subscriptions.
- Sharing sensitive personal data of others without consent.
Wallet & payment responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for securing their wallets and private keys. Synapse does not hold or control private keys. We may refuse or reverse service for transactions that are clearly linked to fraud or other abuses.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, seizure of services, and reporting to law enforcement if required.
