Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Synapse, a service provided by OOBE Protocol. By using Synapse you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Synapse provides blockchain-related infrastructure, subscription management and developer tools. The service may include dashboards, APIs and integrations related to USDC, OOBE and SOL payments.

2. Eligibility and accounts

To use Synapse you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Accounts can be created using email or by connecting a wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Synapse offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed on-chain and may be accepted in USDC, OOBE token, or SOL. Payment receipts and transaction hashes are retained for billing and fraud prevention.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a payment error occurred, contact support at support@oobeprotocol.com.

4. User obligations

Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use Synapse for illegal activities. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet private keys and any credentials you use.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where feasible. Termination does not relieve you from payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

6. Intellectual property

All content, brand assets and software provided by Synapse are owned or licensed by OOBE Protocol. You may not copy or reproduce our trademarks without permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Synapse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, OOBE Protocol disclaims all warranties and limits liability for damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the competent courts in Italy, unless mandatory local rules provide otherwise.
